What's for dinner? I think it's chickpea cutlets, salad, pasta salad, and some kinda soup on the side. I'm gonna say butternut squash soup.
Up until I left for college, my family ate a regular dinner together every single night, usually at the table but later on we'd sit around the TV and watch Jeopardy! while we ate (yelling out answers with food in our mouths, lol). How's your family at the dinner table? Your friends, you, whoever?
I sat with my family at the table every night until somehow the dining table became my mom's work station. Now we eat around the coffee table watching TV. Sometimes when my parents make something special, we have to clean off the table to eat. During school, I just eat in front of my laptop. :P
my dinner table usually doesn't a big hairy fish guy.
me and my grandparents all sit down and eat together they raised me. we dont watch the tv. my family says the women cook( so even though i'm genderqueer now i was born female so i cook) and the men clear the table for us. we drink milk and arnt aloud to wear hats. and we always have meat and potatos of some kind.
At one house it's on the balcony or in the kitchen. At the other, on the rug with mom on the couch because there's no room for more than a coffee table. And the kitchen bar thing is too uncomfortable. And when a parent isn't there I eat in front of my computer.
I'm usually called to dinner while I'm busy doing something, so my family eats, and then I forget that dinner exists until around 10 or 11 at which point I just take a bowl/plate into the tv room where everyone is gathered.
Was that...Hugh talking? I thought she couldn't talk.
@Sophie Nope, not Hugh! Both speech bubbles in the last panel are Jazz, the tail is just a little funky on the top one :)
Oh man, Hugh's expression in the last panel is the BEST. ;u; As for eating with the family, we only eat at the table together on special occasions. But when we do, it's a blast!
Hello! Recent reader, first-time poster!
At home, my Ma expects us to eat dinner together at the dining room table... But we don't talk much, since all of us are usually distracted by something (usually reading). :)
THESE FACES. Jazz's face in the last panel. I need to make that into some kinda reaction picture.
