Hi everyone! Sorry we're up a bit later than usual today...it's been a super stressful week (ugh, month) for me and feeling that way makes drawing difficult.
Important announcement about Kickstarter orders (should also be in your email)
On a more positive note, though, I should be getting a proof copy of the main comic book soon, so I will be able to show you pictures of what it looks like!
Hope you all are having a good Friday. Can't believe it's already August.
Any of you ever played/sang/spoke/etc at an open mike (mic?? just realized...microphone, ahhh) event, or something similar? How was it?
I love those vines that creep out of the panel. <3 Also I want to peruse that bookshelf so bad.
The most I've ever done was public speaking at a Toastmasters meeting haha. Speaking is easy for me but reading any of my work(OR POETRY gods I am so terrible at poetry) or singing is just an anxiety attack waiting to happen.
Open mic nights are nights when I plan to sing or recite, and then I chicken out and not get up. Ha ha.
Woah, wait. Aren't Orson's eyes blue? Colored contacts? Hmm? :)
@Cha WHOOPS, nope, his eyes are blue...I must have just filled them in brown without thinking. I'll correct it in photoshop or something, thanks!
I've recently discovered a love of being in front of people and making them laugh/ entertaining them and probably the best memory of that is at Otakon this year when I hosted a panel about Power Rangers and Tokusatsu. Great stuff.
